🖨️ Sticker Sheet File Setup Guide
For A6 Printed Sticker Sheets – Read Me First!
Hey artist! Before we turn your work into glorious, sticky goodness, here’s how to prep your files so your sheet prints and cuts exactly the way you want it to. Follow these steps and you’ll be golden.
🔹 What You Need to Upload:
You'll need to send TWO files per sheet:
1. Background File
- Full A6 size (148.5mm x 105mm)
- Format: JPG or PNG
- This is what covers the whole sheet—great for colour, texture, or background design- Top tip: Include your branding or logo at the top and your website or social media at the bottom!
2. Sticker Artwork File (Transparent PNG)
- Same A6 dimensions (148.5mm x 105mm)
- Format: PNG with a transparent background
- This file contains just your individual stickers, laid out exactly where you want them on the sheet.
🖼️ Imagine you're placing the stickers on top of the background. This is how they'll print!
✂️ Stroke / Cut Line Requirements:
To make sure your stickers cut beautifully:
- Add a minimum 1mm stroke (outline) around each sticker.
- Stroke can be any colour, but should clearly define the edge.
- Leave at least 3mm between stickers so the cutter has space.
- I’ll add an extra offset stroke on my end for final precision cutting.
✅ Helpful Tips:
- Use high-resolution files (300dpi recommended).
- Avoid placing designs too close to the edge—keep a 5mm safe zone.
- Group your stickers by theme or vibe—it looks great for customers!
- Test your layout by printing it on regular paper first- or preview it in your software.
